This Saturday Irish post-punk band Gurriers return to Leeds, playing at Project House in Armley, a higher capacity venue than that of their last Leeds gig at Brudenell Social Club. A band whose tumult can only be fully experienced in a live setting, with lead singer Dan Hoff’s energy consistently manic, and his vocals remaining as powerful as the studio recordings. This energy is matched by not only by the rest of the band, providing driven and abrasive instrumentation, but their audience too.

Fan favourites from Come and See (2024) such as ‘Approachable’ are sure to be heard, as well as tracks off of their latest album, Nobody’s Coming to Save You (2026), released late last month. ‘Pins’ is certain to create an impact, a more subdued track that builds towards a cathartic hook.

Their new album is set to rattle venues across the country, with the tour in support of the album kicking off on the 14th of October in Glasgow. Expect a whirlwind performance and crowd, with support from Tramhaus. Tickets can be purchased through Dice. Doors at 19:00 at Project House, Armley, put on by Brudenell presents.
